Midterm Project

Date Assigned: February 22, 2010
Date Due: March 15, 2010

The midterm project will exhibit a culmination of topics covered in class that relate to interactive art. For this project, you will be required to build a project that is conceptually interesting from an interaction design perspective. The subject matter is completely open-ended, so feel free to be creative. Also, you may work individually or in groups.

Examples may include (although, certainly not limited to):

• Games
• Installations
• Electronic interfaces
• Networked media
• Interactive sculpture
• Video art
• Wearables

Note: If you are working on a large-scale project, you may also use this opportunity to create a prototype of what will later become your final project.

We will show our projects in class on March 15, 2010.
